My work is at the intersection of East/West. From a deep love of studying the body and its workings and the nuances of the human condition, I have discovered my passion for Yin Yoga, Chi Ne Tsang, and Taoist tonic herbs. They overlap, in that they are all influenced by Taoist principles and practices, and they share commonality in that they foster in those exposed to them a deeper sense of their own power and purpose and, with time, radiant health and wellbeing. I have also, through my own struggles maintaining health and happiness in the face of cultural and social programming, learned much about detoxification, whole foods and creating a living kitchen and home, and I hope to share this info on my blog. I have offered health coaching in the past, but am currently takign a break while I raise my daughter.
