Join Tahnee for a three-hour masterclass on all things hip flexors and quads!! We'll journey into our thighs and hips and learn how they function in our lives and in our practice, adapting our asana to our unique bodies. 

We will focus on the illiopsoas, sartorius, quadriceps (vastus lateralis, vastus intermedius, vastus medius, rectus femoris).

This is the second workshop in the Anatomy for Yoga series with Tahnee.

Anatomy for Yoga - The Glutes

Join Tahnee for a three-hour masterclass on all things bums!! We'll journey into our glutes how to make them strong AND supple with our practice and adapt our asana to our unique bodies. 

We will focus on the glute medius, minimus and maximus, as well as the external rotators (GOGOQ) and piriformis. Learn how these muscles affect your practice and your posture.
